Library

The Ravenna Public Library is an accredited library, located in a historic Carnegie building. The  library has been serving patrons since it was built in 1918. The Library staffs two certified librarians and has an accredited library board.  The library offers books, videos, DVDs, magazines, and audio books for patron checkout.  In addition to these items, the library offers the following services to its patrons:

 

· Free internet/computer access

· Fax services

· Copy services

· Preschool Story Time

· Summer Reading Program

· Friends of the Library

· Home Delivery/Curbside Service

· Bookmobile

· Interlibrary Loan Services

· Microfilm Reader/Printer

The library also has past issues of The Ravenna News on microfilm dating back to the late 1800s.  Residents of Ravenna and of qualifying townships are able to use the library’s services free of charge.  Non-residents may use the library by paying a small fee.
